Your Virtual Program Manager will relieve you of time-consuming administrative support, such as managing lists, registering coworkers for conferences, producing yearly budgets and many other tasks that distract you from the strategic responsibilities that are of critical importance to the success of your supplier diversity initiative.
We offer customized Federal Small Business Subcontracting Plan support, based on close involvement with your SBLO team member. This includes researching and writing the narratives and responding to the eleven major sections of the typical Plan, and/or performing the analysis of your spending for purposes of goal calculation.
How it Works:
- We meet with you (on a virtual basis) to define your requirements and to review the necessary documentation and other information we need to be successful in supporting you.
- Turnaround time is determined by the scope of the project, and pricing is determined by the type of customized support needed.
