Your Virtual Program Manager™ takes on the time-consuming task of analyzing the "cleansed" supplier records you receive from your data cleansing company, providing you with summaries of numbers of suppliers that meet your certification criteria, dollar spending by categories you define, and charts and tables that provide you and your management with performance snapshots.

How it Works:

1. We meet with you (on a virtual basis) to define your requirements and to review the cleansed supplier data you receive from your data cleansing company. Together, we estimate the amount of hours it will take to review the data and provide you with the reports, charts and graphs you need.
2. We put our findings in a PowerPoint presentation that will streamline your internal communications, as well as provide you with a Word document that includes an executive summary.
3. Turnaround time is determined by the scope of the project, and pricing is by the number of hours required.
